The tutor did an excellent job of addressing the needs of the participants. She was very clear in her delivery and adapted to suit our requirements. I learnt a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed the 2 sessions. This has been one of the most useful IT courses I have ever attended. Many thanks (Excel Improvers)
