RASAC: Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling
We listen with empathy and understanding

The Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling Service (RASAC) provides free, confidential helplines and one-to-one counselling for women and men who have been sexually abused and/or raped, at anytime in their lives.
The service is also for partners, relatives and friends and anyone who wants to talk about the effects of any unwanted sexual encounter, including sexual assault and harassment.

We offer individual counselling by appointment, and telephone helplines are open three times a week. The counsellors operating the service are specially trained to understand the issues around sexual abuse and rape, and have on-going training and supervision.

The service is based in Winchester city but takes calls from all over Hampshire and the rest of the country.
