This course is in two parts:                                                                            Day 1 looks in depth at writing successful funding bids using SMART outcomes. It looks at what an outcomes funder is and how to meet their expectations by explaining the difference your project will make both to your beneficiaries and your funders. Workshops included to help you best explain what you want your project to achieve and how it will be achieved. The period between the two half days is to enable you to go back to your organisation to build on this with your staff, trustees and volunteers.                                                                                                               Day 2 enables detailed follow up to that work and applying it to a funding application. Workshops included on setting milestones, progress towards your outcomes and measuring change.
