WACA is responsible for managing the Winchester Centre..

The Winchester Centre is a fully accessible building, offering a welcoming environment for local people. It accommodates approximately 25 local voluntary and community groups and offers:
- Training Rooms  - Hire of Training Equipment  - Photocopying facilities  - An open access PC and printer.

Training Room One:
- seats approx. 16 people with tables, or 40 without
- hire cost is £9.50 per hour (or part thereof)

Training Room Two:
- seats approx. 12 people with tables, or 30 without
- hire cost is £8.00 per hour (or part thereof)

     Minimum length of hire: 2 hours.

It is possible to combine both rooms for hire for £15.00 per hour (or part thereof).
There is also a smaller Resource Room for hire at £5.00 per hour (or part thereof) from 6.00pm - 10.00pm.

There are possibly also serviced offices for rent to voluntary organisations.
