WACA is responsible for managing the Winchester Centre..

The Winchester Centre is a fully accessible building, offering a welcoming environment for local people. It accommodates approximately 25 local voluntary and community groups and offers:.
- Training Rooms  - Hire of Training Equipment  - Photocopying facilities  - An open access PC and printer.

Training Room One:
- seats approx. 16 people with tables, or 40 without
- hire cost is £9.50 per hour (or part thereof)
TWC 002

Training Room Two:
- seats approx. 12 people with tables, or 30 without
- hire cost is £8.00 per hour (or part thereof)

There are possibly also serviced offices for rent to voluntary/charity organisations.
