The Community Innovations service provides support, advice and guidance to older people who are beginning to experience difficulties around the home, managing everyday activities, or having concerns about health and well-being.

How can they help you? .

By providing support, advice and guidance on a range of issues such as keeping warm, safe, fit and eating well .
Providing specialist help if you are experiencing difficulties around the home, or with managing everyday activities, or if you are concerned about your health and well-being.
Providing assistance with linking you into appropriate health and community services
