Community Learning Forum
Working to identify the lifelong learning priorities of the local community. The Forum also provides the ‘voice of the learner’ perspective to the Winchester District Strategic Partnership by acting as its learning ‘arm’.

Health and Wellbeing Partnership
Leading voluntary sector involvement in the review of health partnership working following Primary Care Trust reorganisation. The Winchester district now falls within the Hampshire Primary Care Trust West Area.

Sport and Physical Activity Alliance
Made up of key local statutory and voluntary organisations with an interest in sport and physical activity.

Transport and Access Forum
Working to improve accessibility for all sections of the community.

Social Inclusion Partnership
This group brings together people from statutory and voluntary agencies working in the Winchester district with a focus on developing an inclusive society in which every resident, especially the young and the elderly, the vulnerable and the marginalized, has a sense of belonging.
