Watford African Caribbean Association is inviting you to a BHM Special on Thursday 8th October 2026 from 6.30pm to 8.00pm on Zoom. The focus of the session is on “How to Manage Your Money Better: Financial Literacy for Life.” This is a practical Zoom session facilitated by Noah Kaindama and is based on his recently published book “Your Money, Your Future”. The session will explore why money often disappears even when people work hard, and how budgeting, saving, avoiding debt, setting boundaries, and building better habits can help us take greater control of our finances. With real-life examples relevant to young adults, families, with a focus on the African Caribbean community, this interactive session will offer simple, practical steps for making wiser money choices.
Our community has faced and continues to face significant and ongoing financial challenges. The financial environment is not encouraging at the moment and as such, it is important that we consider the steps we can take to mitigate the continuing impact of the cost-of-living crisis. Please invite others and join us for this session designed to be helpful and informative.
