Alim Kamara brought the energy, the drums and the storytelling to South Oxhey Library
As part of Black History Month, renowned International storyteller Alim Kamara joined us for a fantastic session, where we were captivated by his inspirational, high-energy storytelling, which also included some powerful life lessons.
Not only were we treated to the rhythmic beats of Africa to the stage with his Djembe drum but he gave an engaging presentation on the wonders of Africa and the rich heritage of Black Britain and all who attended were left enlightened from the information shared.
